The house rules regulate the coexistence of all residents of the house. They contain rights and obligations. They apply to all residents. Without a certain level of order, several people living together under one roof is not possible. Everyone will only feel comfortable if all residents show consideration for one another.

Noise & Safety

Each guest is responsible for ensuring that avoidable noise is avoided in the apartment, the house and the courtyard. Particular consideration is required between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Radios, televisions, CD players and so on must be set to the lowest volume possible. Failure to observe the quiet hours at night can result in immediate banning of the guest from our establishment. In this case, the guest forfeits his right to accommodation and a refund of any fees paid in advance. Regardless of this, the guest who is expelled due to a violation of the quiet hours must pay the booked service in full, even if he was unable to take up or accept it. Our establishment expects respectful treatment of other guests, residents and staff. After 10 p.m., all noise must be avoided when leaving and returning to our establishment out of consideration for neighbors and guests. Please also note the maximum load capacity of our elevators. In the event of improper use, our establishment expressly reserves the right to assert claims for damages.

Smoke

Please note that there is a strict no-smoking policy in the entire rental apartment. If you do not do so, the smoke detector installed in the apartment will sound the alarm. If this rule is not followed, the guest will be charged a fine of 250 euros. Any costs that may arise as a result, such as the deployment of the fire brigade or other security services, must be paid by the guest on site.

cleaning

The apartment must be kept in a clean and tidy condition. If guests stay for longer than 1 month, cleaning is carried out once a week. This is included in the service. Household waste may only be disposed of in the garbage cans and containers provided. Leaving any kind of rubbish (e.g. food scraps, paper, cigarettes, etc.) in the apartments is strictly prohibited. Garbage must be separated consistently. If the apartment is not returned properly after check-out or is in an extremely dirty condition, Urban-Flats Vienna reserves the right to charge the guest for the additional cleaning costs for the resulting contamination and damage.

damage

Those responsible for damage that is not due to natural wear and tear, in particular broken windows and other damage, are liable and are obliged to repair it at their own expense. Urban Flats Vienna will invoice the costs and, if necessary, debit the credit card or collect payment on site.

Free internet in the apartment

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Please note the provider's fair use policy. No liability is accepted for any Internet sites you visit. The guest is solely responsible for downloading protected films and music.
