This unique apartment in the heart of Vienna offers a fusion of modern and vintage interior. Its location offers the possibility to stroll around and explore the most famous and historic sites by foot. In only 5 minutes you can reach the city's landmark, the famous Stephansdom as well as other beautiful sights. Moreover the apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a historic building next to the "Hohen Markt". The flat is suitable for 2 guests and has about 60m² including a balcony. 

The apartment and its interior

The stylish and cozy apartment is perfect for tourists as well as business travellers, to enjoy their stay in this beautiful city. It is located in a central, yet calm area. Bright, great rooms, hardwood floor and a trendy interior with modern as well as classical Viennese elements, impart a special charm. The flat is equipped with a modern bathroom (shower and restroom). The kitchen includes an electric stove with a ceramic glass cooktop (and an oven), a fridge and a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee machine and a microwave. All further utilities like cutlery and dishes are also available. The living room has a TV Flat Screen, a Mediabox and a sofa bed, from where you can enjoy the entertainment. The bedroom offers a spacious bed (180x200 cm) to relax.

The location

The apartment is located next to the "Hohen Markt", central but slightly away from mass tourism. Right next to it is the airport bus stop, that takes you to the airport  Flughafen Wien Schwechat within 15 minutes. The Stephansdom, Judenplatz, Hohe Markt with the famous Ankeruhr, Tuchlauben, Bauernmarkt and many more sights await you in walking distance. In the area you'll find many cultural and historical sights as well as entertainment possibilities. The "Schwedenplatz" and the so called "Bermudadreieck" (Bermuda triangle) offer a diversity of restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs for every age, price range and taste. Supermarkets, banks, mail services, pharmacies, shops and more are close by.

Just Perfect

Edward was a terrific host! Great communication leading up to the stay and during the stay too. He very kindly let us leave our luggage at the apartment while it was being cleaned from the previous guests and even check in a bit early. We had a long flight and were traveling with young children, so I really appreciated that. He quickly answered questions, gave us information about the neighborhood and was very friendly. The apartment itself is clean, *very* spacious, and well-stocked (towels, kitchen equipment, etc.) and the location is very convenient. We would happily stay again
