This unique apartment in the heart of Vienna offers a fusion of modern and vintage interior. It's located in the Viennese old town. In only 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the city's landmark, the famous Stephansdom as well as various other beautiful sights. The apartment is situated next to the "Hohen Markt" and has 130 m². It is located on the 4th floor of a historical building, which was build in medieval times. It's suitable for 8 people (4 bedrooms) + 2 (foldout sofa).

The apartment and its interior

This stylish and cozy apartment is perfect for tourists and business travellers. The apartment is located in a calm side street so that you can relax after an exciting day. Bright, great rooms, hardwood floor and a trendy interior with modern details as well as classical Viennese elements impart a special charm.

The apartment is equipped with two bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and an extra restroom. The kitchen includes an electric stove with a ceramic glass cooktop (and an oven), fridge and refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave. All further utilities like cutlery and dishes are also available. The spacious living room is equipped with a TV Flat Screen, a Mediabox  and a sofa bed, from where you can enjoy the entertainment. The apartment has 4 bedrooms (2 Beds 180x200cm and 4 single beds).

The location

The apartment is located next to the "Hohen Markt", central but slightly away from the main tourism. Right next to it is the airport bus stop, that takes you to the airport Flughafen Wien Schwechat within 15 minutes. The Stephansdom, Judenplatz, Hohe Markt with the famous Ankeruhr, Tuchlauben, Bauermarkt and many more sights await you in walking distance. 
In the area you'll find many cultural and historical sights, but also entertainment possibilities. The "Schwedenplatz" and especially the so called "Bermudadreieck" (Bermuda triangle) offer a diversity of restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs for every price range. Supermarkets, banks, mail services, pharmacies, shops and more are close by.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vienna. As we were a bigger group it was not so easy to find a big enough apartment - but with its 4 sleeping rooms, this is definitely spacey. The location in Vienna’s first district is simply perfect. Everything is in walking distance or simply reachable by subway or a short taxi drive. The only downturn is that the flat has just one apartment. Would have been nice if one of the 2 bathrooms would have been "extended". Edward has been a great host and did everything to make us happy. He was very well reachable and supportive. It was also nice to have 3 keypairs which made the group travel arrangements a lot easier
